We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders move into processing very quickly to ensure fast dispatch, so we're unable to accommodate cancellation requests after checkout. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we'll share the return address and instructions with you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • There are no restocking fees — you get your full amount back, minus return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased from our sale collection or at a discounted/clearance price are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
